away on business constructing roads. His wife Elizabeth is shown with their children and Samuels
mother Elizabeth (Swindels) Marchington. Samuel Marchington had a will proved on the 22 May 1863. at Birmingham. Theory:
The family moved to Warwickshire, Birmingham district, possibly Samuel went first
and could have be in business there the family . This explains why all the
children in the 1881 census are living around the Birmingham area.
