As such James is the father of Richard. In the will document Ephraim writes is name without the G but in the body text of the document obviously written by a lawyer the name is with the G in all accounts.

Ephraim and the name James have been core family names from the time of Henry Marchington.1662 as such I haven't come across any other accounts of these name being used outside of Henrys line through his son Henry and as such I guess that Ephraim and James are related directly to Henry.1662.
